Yeah I know that but it still feels odd. To me it is sensitive as someone can use a birth cert to get ID and then another ID....
Maybe I'm just getting old.

are we not allowed to ask NCA to investigate if the website is misleading or not?
A few people on this thread have paid €30,too late for them unfortunately.
& a few other people have commented on the Harp being misleading.
maybe a few people will read this & save a few €€€

if you dont have anything to contribute,then the less said from you the better

I agree with some people,should be moved to the consumer issue forum
