Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Deep roasting pan.

Anyone know where I could get a deep roasting pan with a lid. I'm sick to death of using the large tin foil ones from tescos. I'm willing to invest some money in this. Iv looked in the usual shops and can't find what I want.

How deep are you looking for & where abouts are you based/looking? Arnotts (Dublin) have oval roasting dishes with lids and places like Stock near Stephen's Green do too. TK Maxx worth a look as well.

Maybe a really deep casserole would be an option for you? Easier to get one of those with a lid than a roasting dish. If you're happy to spend a few/many quid bob then Le Creuset could sort you out

This is what im looking for. I live in county limerick but im in Dublin from time to time.

The one below on amazon has one bad review.
