You can PM me, call to the helpdesk in the college, E-Mail the helpdesk in the college or ring the helpdesk in the college.

It is probably indexing your E-Mail if it has been unread for so long. PM me your X number and I will take a look.

Not down as such.... just processing 32 million E-Mails.

Someone's account was compromised using a brute force attack from Hong Kong.

We are working on it now. All the E-Mail is stored but we are having to process the spam that was sent out in chunks and delete it.

Please make sure your password is something moderately complex... Unfortunately we cannot set that as a policy even though the system allows for it.

Folks,

PM me your X Number and I will check it out. I'm still sending and receiving fine so there may be some issues with your accounts. We have restricted some users as they were compromised and used to send out spam....
