Computer/Algorithmic Music Meetup Group

Hi guys,

I was thinking of setting up an informal meetup group in Dublin for musicians, composers and engineers with an interest in music, maths and algorithms.

In addition to networking, informal presentations and demos etc. maybe it could also be like a reading group. We could take interesting book chapters, study them, then discuss them, build prototypes around common ideas.

Any suggestions? If you'd be interested in this, please let me know.

Actually maybe this thread would be more suitable in the Experimental Music forum, mods?
