Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Yerra begorrah!...for sure am lookin' at it every day out across da windswept Atlantic of Galway Bay ta the rolling isles of Aran.

    It's not a spot that is going to become crowded, the plane don't take boards and the ferry is once a week!

    There's loads of spots along the coast waiting to be discovered.
    There's a reef in Clare which works in certain circumstances.
    More for bodyboarding really, but it spits you out into deeper waterwater at the end.
    I used to bass fish a lot, there's even waves near loop head....

    Not that far from one of the most memorable climbs I've ever done in my life :)

    Pretty sure Loganair don't fly to Nepal!! Almost certain they don't operate out to any Irish islands either.

    The simple fact that there wasn't a single soft west Clare accent in the video should be enough to rule out Oiléain na hArann.
