Hi, I have a friend that is considering buying a suzuki ignis. I know in Canada, Suzuki is not considered to be of high standards in the slightest, and my gut instinct would be forget they even exist. However, I do not know anything about how they are regarded here. Anyone own(ed) one? How were they, what kind of mileage…

Hi,
I have a friend that is considering buying a suzuki ignis.
I know in Canada, Suzuki is not considered to be of high standards in the slightest, and my gut instinct would be forget they even exist.
However, I do not know anything about how they are regarded here.

Anyone own(ed) one? How were they, what kind of mileage before there were problems. Whats the highest miles you've seen on them?
This person considering the ignis would be putting a lot of mileage on it in a short time.

Thanks for any info, good and bad. As well, what would be some good alternatives in the same price range as a new ignis? (alternatives do not have to be brand new like the ignis)
