Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    IAA hasn't come up in a while, maybe the heart dissection too... Hope not though!

    Does anyone know where I could get info on all expirements in Bio online? I have 18 out of the 20 (or are there 21?) But yeah I missed the last two/three need help!!

    PM me the three you're missing and I can scan some notes on them if you'd like. Have a heap of Biology craic here from last year, saw the thread on the front page.

    Heart dissection is tipped to come up this year as is production of alcohol by yeast.

    An enzyme experiment usually comes up but not guaranteed.

    For the IAA experiment do we need to know in detail how you actually prepare the IAA solution and carry out the serial dilution or can you just say I used IAA solution and put different concentrations into each Petri dish??

    Yep you need to know how you made the IAA solution.

    On an unrelated note, you need to know what IAA stands for. Any takers?

    IAA! Immobilised enzyme, ph on enzymes, heart, yeast (leaf), dicot leaf, alcohol, light on photosynthesis and a few other random ones that I like
