Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

cycle groups drogheda

    Hi.

    Anybody know of any cycle groups/chain gangs in the Drogheda area...I know Drogheda wheelers go out off season but looking to hook up with a few like minded souls to put in a few miles and keep motivated as it is boring at times on my own..I work shift so would be out on alternate weekends and mid week too.

    Swords cc have midweek spins and touring group too but I work in Dublin so sick of driving to swords on my day off.
    Any advice welcome.

    Quay Cycles, Sunday mornings, 9.00am(sharp)
    100-120K, average speed 29kph approx.
    No club affiliation.
    Numbers vary from 4(today) to 14-15.

    Drogheda triathlon club also go for spins. Midweek in the evenings and weekends in the morning.

    The 9.00am Quay Cycles group will meet at The Thatch on Sunday 5th Oct. at 9.30am
    We will then cycle to Duleek to take part in the Duleek Parish Sportive.
    Normal service will resume on 12th October.
