Two concerts have made me so so behind on notes and work
I really need to catch up soon. :(

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,027 ✭✭✭is mise spartacus

I've so far done 6 hours of maths revision since yesterday... mid term revision for the rest of the week will be exhausting but totally worth it in the end. Positivity

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,027 ✭✭✭is mise spartacus

Mid term revision is great so far. I got so much done today, I'm ahead of myself study wise :) I probably won't update this until Sunday, need to get as much study done as I can :p

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,027 ✭✭✭is mise spartacus

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,027 ✭✭✭is mise spartacus

    Exams done, results back :(
My whole year did terrible, no A's or B's at all
    I got a C2 in Maths though :D
Time to put my head back down again and concentrate on where I lost the marks, they were for silly things like forgetting a word in a definition etc.
    Ah well

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,027 ✭✭✭is mise spartacus

I've been up since 8 studying, it was my 18th so I'm clearly wrecked ;):pac:
I'm taking a break now and putting my head back down until the match later on
    English
    German
    Geography
    Irish
    Economics
    Biology
I'm mainly concentrating on those today.
I have a financial maths test tomorrow so I'll squeeze in a bit of revision for that.
    Back to biomes now... :)

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,027 ✭✭✭is mise spartacus

Lots of 18's later I am back. My points for these exams were lower than I expected unfortunately. Tried not to let them get me down but they have. Now I'm trying to pick myself back up. :(
Studying so hard for nothing really

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,027 ✭✭✭is mise spartacus

It's becoming hard to find the time to update this. Xmas holiday study timetable consists of 5-6 hrs/per day
That's what they want us to aim for
I have all my german oral work somewhat learned and half the sraiths for irish
Physical geo is nearly covered too

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,294 ✭✭✭Consonata

How do you keep the motivation up. Sometimes my head hits a brick wall in which case I have to go for a run to open it up again to study. How do you accomplish it more efficiently?

Fair play to you. When I see the amount of work you're putting in you really deserve to be getting 625! I feel guilty for being able to do well without much additional study. I really hope you get the points, I need to know the system rewards hard work! :)

May I ask what you're doing in terms of classwork and homework? Maybe I'm just getting so much homework that it's making up for my lack of study. How about class, are your teachers good?
