I'm just wondering is it worth getting an acoustic amp instead of just sticking with my normal amp? I find I seem to get quite a bit of feedback from my current electric guitar amp if I'm not very careful.

Can anyone recommend a decent but cheap (probably just for practice) acoustic amp? I'm currently playing a simon and patrick spruce 6cw if that makes any difference.

Get one of those feedback busters (I think that's what they're called) - they're like a black plastic disk which goes into the sound hole of your acoustic and prevents it from resonating as easily at high volumes.
