Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    The only ones I've ever heard are US military ones. Does any know of Irish,British or any other army cadences?

    From a guy in the RDF. I think he could have made it up himself or heard someone else who made it up sing it on a camp or something.

    YEs its the official RDF cadence...

    you see in the RDF we actually have an ethos...

    its to assault the enemys ears with the most retarded cadence we can think of whilst charging up the middle with smoke!! :)

    and yes, ive sung same whilst on PT with duffman
