Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Experienced and trained roulette & Blackjack dealers wanted for new Casino opening in MONAGHAN.

    Applicants must speak fluent English, Be well presented & experienced in the field, Opening in approx 1 - 2 weeks - Venue refurbished & tables in, Just need staff.

    Agree with the experience part, but why do you need photo, surely someone with a vast amount of experience should not have to produce a photo.:)

    Without trying to sound smart I think the reason they want a picture is that they would rather good looking people working for them. People seem to tip the dealer more if they are good looking.

    This is my opinion only and I may be completely wrong.

    So wrong, a good dealer should have a good personality, know how to treat customers with respect and how to handle disputes etc. I have worked with some really good looking people, but I am afraid they could not deal and made so many mistakes it cost casino a small fortune, but owner wanted them there for "Eye Candy

    Experience is the most important aspect, A photograph is so we have presentable people working there - it is proving difficult enough to find trustworthy, experienced staff without nit picking of sexes and whether or not our staff are attractive - if you have the experience, Confident in your trade, have a good personality and feel that you can deal with difficult situations ie. when people lose then please apply

    Blonde, big titties, flirty personality and she can deal two rivers.

    one very good dealer to do most of dealing ft at monthly game.

    free booze.

    clean jacks.

    cigarrette machine.

    actually do a bit of marketing to randomers [biggest downfall of current casinos]

    pocket some cash. declare a bit for appearances.

    profit.
