Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Was it just me or was the multiplayer on the 2010 Medal of honor game just perfect in its simplicity? Very few bells and whistles, fixed kill/defence streaks, tiny selection of weapons...and yet it was incredibly well balanced, shockingly immersive, and genuinely tactical.

    Does anyone else agree?

    It was just you - and maybe a tiny minority. The game was awful

    Oh the campaign was dire, but I thought the multiplayer, which was like a beta for Battlefield 3's multiplayer I think, was the shiznit

    I dont get how people see the MP as crap.
    Gun mechanics are almost identical to BF3,infact are better since the pointless suppression system in BF3 isnt there.
    The maps arent great for sure but apart from that its a solid MP shooter.

    That was the best FPS campaign I've played in years. Maybe a bit short but it was awesome. The multiplayer was stupidly easy so it got boring after a few hours of playing.

    Two opinions diverged in a yellow wood....

    At the end of the day, I picked it up for a tenner, so I'm not inclined to complain about any aspect of it.
