Played league of Ireland with Limerick city, and scored penalties for Ireland in Rugby

Con Martin scored a penalty when Ireland beat England 2-0 in Goodison Park in 1949. He was playing for Aston Villa at that time, but had played League of Ireland football for Drumcondra and football for Dublin. I am sure that there were others who played League of Ireland football and scored a penalty for Ireland.
