Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Yeah there is a class in swords at 7pm on mondays tuesday and thursday in airside industrial estate behind Renault very last block on the left there is kick boxing downstairs and krav maga upstairs instrutor is Eddie Gavin G3 level he is good I have attended for the last year you learn alot of close combat €10 per class only tuesday nights is in Donabate 2 classers at 7pm and 8pm
