I've had 2 offers Danny and I have 3 years experience working for the same company since finishing college. I've no idea what the normal profile for those who are hired though.

As a current in market participant on the G4IG scheme I can say that our group is composed of both new graduates and people with a few years experience. The age range was from about 22 - 33.
