Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Week 1-3:
    Thursday: 10×10 add 5-10kg every week
    Saturday: 5×5 add 20% to whatever you used on Tuesday
    Monday: Best set of 5.


    week 4-6
    Thurs: 5×5 add 5-10kg every week
    Sat: 3×3 add 10% to whatever is used on Tuesday
    Mon: Best set of 3


    Week 7-8
    Thurs: 3×3 add 5x10kg each week
    Sat: 3×1 add 10% to whatever was used on Tuesday

    Is the first session gonna be on a Tuesday or Thursday?

    cos I would imagine you would probably still have DOMS 48hrs after squatting 10x10, if you were doing Thursday and Saturday

    worked up to 120kg x3

    I think i might be able to do singles on bench just to try and maintain whatever crap bench strength i have.
