Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Horizon Installation problem

Switched on the Horizon out of the box, & get the welcome screen with Welcome in many languages & a picture of the Horizon box, but then screen goes blank. INSTALLATION is on the front panel of the box, but screen is blank. Wifi is working, as is phone, but nothing on the TV for 2+ hours. Pulled out power, tried again,…

Solved.

Removed ALL cables. & tried again. Worked this time.

Mysterious.
