Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    It's been many years since I built any sort of rig so I'm compltley out of the loop and would appreciate some advice.

    Looking for a gaming machine that will be used just for games.

    1. What is your budget? ~€800.

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Gaming - old and new titles

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? No.

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? No.

    5. Do you need a monitor? Yes

    5a. If yes, what size do you need. As big as possible to stay in budget


    6. Do you need any of these peripherals? No.

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? Yes

    8. How can you pay? Any.

    9. When are you purchasing? Over the next couple of months


    Would also like an SSD for OS.
