Do your research on the course and find out as much as you can, so it comes across as you haven't a genuine interest in the subject.

As previous poster has said do your research. I would also have a roadmap prepared of how the course will be central to your future ambitions. One of the most common complaints regarding graduates is their lack of social skills and inability to work in a team, so if you can demonstrate experience in these areas that should also prove positive.

Most ITs are results orientated and mature students perform better than recent school leavers for various reasons hence your profile fits already.

If you are nervous and find that your nerves are hindering your interview then don't be afraid to ask for a couple of minutes to compose yourself, it won't be seen as weakness but actually illustrates that your are aware of the situation and are taking remedial action.

You will probably be asked if you have any experience of work in a pharmacy - if you have then talk away about that, if you haven't, don't panic - think of skills you have which are used in pharmacy - using a till, talking to customers, organising stock/paperwork, shelves etc!
Talk to local pharmacies in your area and find out if they would consider giving you a work placement position if you get the course. You are required to do 1 day per week in a pharmacy during first year, showing at interview that you are aware of this and that you are already laying the foundations for finding position is a great idea.
Best of luck, remember the interviewers are looking for reasons to give you a place not keep you out of college!
