A relative of mine is considering getting colonic hydrotherapy in the dublin vitality centre in Blanch. Ive heard that its not really approved of by doctors but many people find it beneficial. Has anyone here got stories of it?thanks

I've a friend who worked in a callcentre in the same building as a colonic irrigation clinic. He said it didn't smell so good at times.

Would it not be as easy to add more fibre and adequate water to diet?

Hi, I'm quite late to reply to this thread so I'm sure you've gotten sorted by now. If not I would highly recommend this clinic http://www.cleansewithin.ie/

Lisa also spends a lot of time going through your diet and making suggestions for improvement. She gave me lots of healthier/more fibrous replacements for what I was eating and I honestly feel sooo much better now.

    Best of luck with it.
