Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Are there any financial benefits for students?

    Not sure if this is the right place for this post, but I was just wondering if there was any form of financial aid besides the susi grant which is offered by the government or any other institutions out there. As a full time student, I am aware that I'm not entitled to the jobseekers benefit. My course is a 9+hour day and I simply won't earn enough money on a part time job for only Saturday and Sunday. Id like to know if there is a student allowance anywhere that I can apply for.
