Join Jigsaw Dublin 15 in Blanchardstown Shopping Centre Tuesday 12th August from 11am where we'll be celebrating International Youth Day #MentalHealthMatters.

The purpose of this day is to draw attention to the importance of reducing stigma surrounding young people with mental health issues, and show the positive impact speaking out and seeking help has.

You can join in a number of different ways!

    - Pop balloons with positive messages
    - Share your positive and inspirational quotes
    - Get a lolly for good luck
    - Guess how many competition pieces are in the jar to enter our competition.

Any funds raised on the day will go directly to our Youth Engagement Programme including our Youth Advisory Panel (YAP), who you'll get to meet on the day.

If you can't make it, follow us on Twitter @JigsawDublin15 or like us on Facebook and join the conversation by using hashtags #IYD2014 #MentalHealthMatters

    Hope to see you there!

*Jigsaw Dublin 15 is a free, confidential mental well-being service offering one to one support, advice, information & workshops for young people aged 12-25. We are an initiative under Headstrong - The National Centre for Youth Mental Health.*

The fantastic Blanchardstown Brass Band are playing from 7 - 9pm in the towncentre - this Thursday 11th Dec.

In aid of Sara Walsh Delaney.
In oct 2011 Sara was 28 and married just 4 months when she was diagnosed with a brain tumour. She has been in hospital ever since. Friends and family are fundraising for her rehabilitation.

I love the blanch brass band. Going to get me a red cup of coffee from starbucks and find a nice spot and enjoy the atmosphere :)
