Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Heating not working upstairs

    Hubby thinks the pump is broken. We don't have the money to call out a plumber (loads of bills to be paid this week) and was wondering if anyone online could help.

    is it workingfine downstairs?
    do you have heating zones?

    It's working ok downstairs, but there's no heat upstairs unless it's left on for hours. No heating zones, just two thermostats.

    Check that there's water in the small tank in the attic. Shake the ballcock arm if its empty. Then vent radiator.
