Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

picture doesn't fit the tv

when we got sky in at first it was working fine it did the wide screen cinema (with the black bits) and regular size. now we can't read the first and last word on the information blue screen :mad: ,it drives me mad so much is missing from the picture. anyone know how to fix this?? :confused:

Press services, then system set up, then
picture

And set to widescreen.

I'm assuming you have a widescreen tv?
Otherwise set it to 4:3

done that before but only lasted till we changed the channel,
