What does fox taste like?

Fox has an extremely musky/skunk-like taste to it. Not very good. I cut the meat into chunks then breaded it and used a deep fryer to cook it. Nothing can hide that taste though, and it lingers for hours after eating it. Burping afterward is almost sure to make you gag if you have a weak stomach
