I just watched an edgy Swedish cop show.

It had Magnus Samuelsson in it.

This makes it the greatest cop show ever.

It's not zinc oxide, but I used it today for snatches and cleans and it worked fine

My hands get quite bruised and sore from hook gripping. The tape stops it.

Arne Dahl.
Its on BBC Three.

Its not great, but in one episode a guy shot Samuelsson and he chased after his car and punched him through a window.

Stupid log I made last year. Filled a 40L kitchen bin with rocks & cement and stuck a bar through it. Still haven't finished the handles and still don't know what it weighs (80 kg maybe?). Should be good fun when it's done. That bar will take 1'' plates.

Just came across this series on George Ernie Pickett recently, well worth a read: http://startingstrength.com/index.ph...t#.UYq7MMra5qk

Anyone got links to any similar articles - I've read most of Marty Gallagher and Bill Starr's articles on Starting Strength, and the Tight Tan Slacks of Dezso Ban over the last few weeks (facebook / twitter / youtube blocked at work!)

I love how Mark's head turns dark purple/black with blood pressure on heavy pulls
