Hi there, just wondering when the new season starts for game fishing on the lee and would anyone be able to recommend some good areas around the lower dam in cork, cheers? Also what would be the best bait to use at this time of year, thanks.

the salmon season is open now but you need a licence to fish for them the trout season is open on the 15 of feb the best bait for them is worm or minnow

Bait: flying c's black& silver size 3 very good lure, toby not bad either. Shrimp is excellent in low water!
