Ok so after waiting 16 weeks i finally get a letter from social welfare office saying the have rejected me for JA because 'you have not shown that your weekly means are less than 188.00 euro'. But i am unemployed i have no income if i was making more then that why would i go on it? i really do not understand they also said my means test was enclosed in the letter but it was not. i know i am entitled to money they told me at one of the meetings i had. So i do not know why i was rejected i gave all the paper work asked and waited long enough i know i can appeal but how long is that going to take? is it worth my while? any suggestions on what i do from here? thanks all:(
