    Looking for recommendations on a high quality computer chair with a headrest if possible

    Budget can be flexed depending on the chair

    I was looking at those mesh type chairs with headrest attached, what's really essential to me is excellent lumbar support

    But i'm really not, these are some of the nicest chairs i have ever seen and are really comfortable too....

    Had one of these last year. It didn't last the year - first it started making a knocking sound as you moved in your chair, and then the pneumatic height thing failed. Also for me, it didn't give great back support, though others seem happy with it in that respect.

    Now have the Viking Malaga chair, slightly better back support for me, but only just. Wouldn't recommend for extended periods, and also has no head rest.

    FWIW, I did come across one or two great chairs in Ikea, which although dearer, had great back support.

    Basically, I think you should go somewhere you can sit in the seats first, if lumbar support is important.

    Thanks for the recommendations, I actually have a berlin at the moment and hate it to be honest it's awful.

    Looking for something that I can sit in for 4-6 hours at a time, with excellent lumbar support, high comfort value and a headrest if possible.

    The problem with buying from a catalogue is that you won't know how it suits you until you have it assembled - far too much bother then to dis-assemble it and take it back :(
    I've tried a lot of chairs from Viking and Argos over the years, which then end up languishing in the garden shed or given away. Currently, I use a medium priced chair from Argos (about £100 stg) that I 'customised' with a memory foam pillow on the seat, a back/lumbar support cushion and a home-made head/neck support. Looks pure 'mongrel' but is very comfortable :pac:
