Just a word of thanks to all involved with getting this forum up and running,Mods,Admins and users alike.

Its something that was IMO badly needed.

Fair play everybody, and thanks for all the input. Trout has been the driving force behind men's health (honorable mention to Tom Dunne) so a special word of thanks to him.

Yup, Trout and Tom Dunne deserve the thanks for the original forum and since then both Trout and Tom, the previous and current mods and even the users have struggled to define the forum and how it should be used. Tallaght01 has done an excellent job of getting us to open up a bit about the 'special' issues relating to our nether regions that us guys can face in our lives, so kudos to him too for his candour

So this is the result of all the discussion, hope everyone enjoys
