That was mild enough compared to some of the places I found myself, I came back down that way a few days later and figured out what the strange gravelly bits on the side of the road were, traps for cars/lorries whose brakes had gone, never seen any of them before....

Taken around Dunquin on the Slea Head at the start of October. I fear glorious brisk days like that are well behind us.

@ Thargor It looks like where you cross the river into Powerscourt Waterfall. From the river to the waterfall from that crossing point is about 1 minute.

    Glanteenassig?

There's a tiny bit of singletrack where the walking path in the photo meets the steep fireroad. It goes back down to the start of the walking path.

Spot on. Makes for a nice short training loop, charged up the hill and cut down to the bottom again and repeat till you feel sick. That entire walkway/trail was 100% blocked up to a few weeks again from the bad storm earlier in the year. Most of the boardwalk around Lough Caum got wrecked as well.

Right click on the attachment and select "Copy link address" (in Chrome, it'll be phrased differently in other browsers), and then paste between opening and closing [IMG]tags. Your first one would have been like this:[/img]/b]img[bhttps://us.v-cdn.net/6034073/uploads/attachments/154194/329165.JPG/b]/img[b

You could also upload the images elsewhere, like http://www.wthax.org/, and the BBCode will be generated automatically for you.
