Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    I can't get it to work at all. I tried the PPTP method and it came up with "error 691" implying my username and password are wrong - directly copied from their documentation. Then I tried the OpenVPN method and whilst the little computers go green as the guidelines outline they will, I cannot view BBC iPlayer on either Firefox of IE.

    yes, maybe the uncomfirmed paypal address is an issue will wait and see what response I get to the support ticket

    Unconfirmed address should not be a problem, wasn't for me anyway.
    Their support is meant to be good anyway, should resolve your issue.
