Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi,

    We have just released the first version of the Boards.ie Android app to the Google Play store.

    Thanks to everyone for their feedback and help in testing. Its a massive step for Boards.ie in releasing this.

    There has been some very unique challenges in releasing the app, building on a legacy platform and catering for the needs of a diverse community. We think its a good first step, but over the coming months we will be building on this work and rolling out new features. As always we will be looking for feedback and taking the needs of the community into account.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
