Apple AirPort with PCs

I'm trying to connect an Apple AirPort with a Buffalo AirStation WLI-PCM-L11G PCMCIA WiFi Card in my laptop and although my client sw detects the network, the AirStation Utility version 3.71 won't connect to it.

Any ideas?
