I have been taking the floradix liquid magnesium supplement for a few weeks to help me sleep a little better. I'm finding it very expensive but have been told that magnesium taken in liquid form is the optimum way the body can absorb the mineral. Has anyone taken a pill that works as well? I've seen that they are a little cheaper than the liquid, but if they are not as effective well it's a waste of money. Thanks.

You can get it in a spray, it's supposed to absorb better that way. I got one cheap from iherb but that was before all this customs tax so don't know what it will cost ya now.

Yes I saw the spray but that was more expensive than the liquid. I did hear the spray was very good though. Thanks Ant11.

That's the one I have. Cheap enough.

Cheapest way to get magnesium in is to make your own magnesium oil spray from magnesium chloride flakes and water. Flakes available in H&B. Recipe on wellnessmama ( for some reason I cant post the link) but just google it!

they just dissolve in warm water, flakes from Amazon are dirt cheap, get a 500g bag for around the same price as a bottle of the spray. can probably make 5* the volume yourself.
