PM read receipt disappeared
Hi all, I sent a pm to another user yesterday. I put a tracking receipt on it and a few minutes ago the notice if it was confirmed or not just disappeared, any ideas why that happened?

You do not have any read receipts for any message you have sent. Can I ask you to send me the name of the user you PM'd and the time of the PM?

From what I can see, the only time a PM read receipt gets removed is when the user who is tracking the message deletes the read receipt by ticking the box in the Track Message page and clicking Delete Selected. The PM receipt is not removed if the recipient receives the PM and deletes it without reading it or any another other time. Have you cleared out old PM receipts any time recently?

From what I can tell, this was user error and not a bug in our system. If it happens again please let us know by bumping this thread.
