Hi!
I was debating putting this in the Jazz / Blues forum, but it doesn't seem to fit in over there.

Either way, I've been trying over the last few months to put together a set of solo improvised bass music. I suppose my plan is to write a series of ideas as starting points for improv. I've come up with a few ideas, and I've started to record some sketches here.

Unfortunately, I haven't had much gigging experience in the experimental end of things. Does anyone know anywhere where I'd be able to organise a show or two?

I used to host a show with a few guys where we put on weekly experimental/improv gigs in Dublin - it's been a while since I've had any involvement with them though, but maybe they're still doing it. These were the guys I was working with: http://www.bottlenotemusic.com/index Maybe give them a shout and see if they have a residency anywhere and if they'd be willing to let you play.

It's been a year since I put out my CD, and since all that time has passed, and physical copies are probably all either gone from the shops or laying around my bedroom, it makes sense to put it up for free download.
