hey,
I am thinking about joining a drama group. is there anywhere i can get more info on your group? Don't know much about drama groups, but I had a few questions like: how much are the classes after the first 1 (I'm only recently graduated, so money is tight )?What do you guys do in a class? Do ye do productions? Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks

![]() After your first class, you have 2 options. Pay a monthly fee of €25 per month or pay on a drop in basis of €10 per class There are perks to paying monthly membership. That gives you status as an Active Member and allows you to audition for our productions, perform in our Shindigs to name but a few. (we have a separate thread which outlines the benefits of memberships.) Each week the workshop takes on a different topic or theme. As we have a number of workshops the variety is plenty! Workshops run for about 2.5 hours and we try make them as friendly and welcoming as possible. We know how intimidating it can be joining a new group! We do 2 major productions a year, 2 Shindig showcases and the occasional festival. (In the past we have peformed at Electric Picnic, Body & Soul and Tedfest to name but a few!) If you are interested in joining all you need to do is turn up! Any more questions feel free to ask!

There's a fairly wide range of ages, but predominantly 20s-30s, and pretty evenly split.

Hi Klurton,
New members are always welcome! The next workshop is this coming Tuesday (2nd October) in CBS Synge Street. Workshop starts at 7pm and usually finishes at about 9:30pm. Your first workshop is free so you can see if you think the group is for you, and if it's what you're looking for ![]() All are welcome, the only stipulation we have is that for legal reasons we cannot accept members under 18 years age. Hope to see you Tuesday!

You probably get sick of answering this but are you guys still running? I used to act in the Rocky Horror Picture Show, did it for years, but have not been acting since. I miss it a lot and would love to sink my teeth into drama once more.
Cheers in advance for the info!
