Student research survey thread

This thread is for students who wish to request participation in academic surveys - better to have them all in one place than random posts in the the forum.

People wishing to post here must request permission by sending me a PM and I will unlock the thread so that they can post the survey before locking it again.

There is no discussion allowed on this thread, any post not specific to the title will be deleted.

Thanks for setting this up.

I am a post-grad student and I am carrying out a short survey on how students access news for an assignment. It should take no longer than 5 minutes. It's been quickly put together just so I can get a very general overview. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

I hope to use the results in the compilation of a case study and presentation in a few weeks.

All responses are anonymous.

If you know other students that may not be boardsies could you also please ask them to take it, they don't have to be ucd students either. The more responses the better I feel, even if it gives me more work

Thanks very much in advance to all and once again thanks to the moderators for setting the thread up.

Thanks to RG15 for allowing this survey

I am looking to gauge young adults understanding of hair loss (Androgenic alopecia) and what can be done to prevent it.

It is completely anonymous and only has 10 questions so will probably take less than a minute to complete.

Your help is greatly appreciated

Hey guys, i'm currently writing my undergraduate dissertation on morality in the non-religious and religious and for part of it, i'm trying to gather some data about opinions on morality via a questionnaire. I'm just wondering if some of you could spare 15 minutes of your time. It'd be a big help and it's completely anonymous.

Females Required

I'm conducting a psychological experiment looking at a number of well-being variables, creativity and cardiovascular function in women between the ages of 18-25. It takes about 30 minutes to complete. There are a number of things that could render you unsuitable for the study; hypertension, colds/flus/infections, medication (with the exception of the contraceptive pill). If any of you out there are interested in participating and want further information about location, etc., let me know. I would really appreciate it!

Online dating questionnaire for Master's thesis

Hi,
I am conducting research in the area of online dating as part of my graduate student project.
I am interested in the experiences of people (men and women) who have had a real life meeting or formed a relationship with someone which started from an online dating site.
If you have had this experience I would be grateful if you would please answer the questions that follow. http://hfrg.ucc.ie/dating/
All information you send is kept strictly anonymous.
If you have not had this experience but know of others that have I would very much appreciate if you could forward this questionnaire to them.

It should take about 10 minutes of your time.

Thank you very much for your participation.

Internet behaviour study: participants urgently required

Hi everyone,

I am carrying out research for my PhD in Psychology which looks at the area of Internet behaviour. In particular, I am interested in people's attitudes and confidence with using the Internet. I lost all the data from my previous data collection as a result of a bug in the computer system so I'm desperately seeking participants to fill out my survey. It only takes 3 minutes so if you could spare a few minutes, I would *really* appreciate your help!

Thanks a mil,

Mary

Hi everyone,

As part of my dissertation, I'm conducting a survey on penal populism and policy development. I'm looking for public opinions in relation to the current penal/prison system and would really appreciate yours! The survey consists of 10 q's and should take up to a max of 15 mins to complete and all answers are anonymous! Thanks a million in advance!

Hi,

I posted my survey last year and we're still looking for about another 30 replies.
If you drive in Ireland and have a spare 15 mins to help out - it would be a massive help:
