Hi folks,

I'm immigrating to Alberta, Canada in early September and I just cant decide between Edmonton or Calgary. My flight is to Edmonton but that doesn't mean I have to stay there. I'm a civil engineering graduate who has around 6 months experience. I'm basically looking for good engineering experience that will stand to my career but I also want to have a good style of life, things to do and beers at the weekends etc.

I would also appreciate if someone on here could advise me what kind of positions to look for. There doesn't seem to be any site engineer jobs on any of the recruitment websites. Is field engineer the same as site engineer in Canada?
