I had no idea there was a community for this in Ireland, I've been glaring at the Americans with envy for months now! Awesome.

It'll say new until one of the admins looks at it.

It takes a long time, that's the way it is (post 7), expect it for next summer.

The "I want a Survivalists Thread" near turned in to a discussion on survivalism it took that long, 13 months.

Thanks, I read all the sticky's first just to make sure I wasn't moaning for no reason!

Hope we aren't waiting a year+ for this forum!

Perhaps we could just act as if this was the forum until then.......
I was up in Dublin with my little girl and we found one in the Botanic gardens in glasnevin. Its always been a favourite spot of mine since i was a young fella. nice to add geocaching to the things to do and see there.
is it just me or is geo caching a terrible name for it?
we call it treasure hunting....

That would actually do the request more harm than good. Just keep looking for more people to support this thread instead. Things will happen in good time.

+1 Geocaching is great, the "park and dash" type caches are great fun when you have young kids, I tend to try and make sure that I put kiddie friendly stuff into the easily accessible ones.
