I read the new walking dead book afaik this was not part of the comic series. It tells the generals story and how he came to be the general. I think the actor playing the general has been really well cast. Dont read the spoiler if you plan on reading this book. Lol, I know, I've read wayyyyy ahead already on online forums. It's almost as if the story lines themselves don't bother me so much, I like the feeling of it and the situations they get into regarding what people do to survive.

But, where does one go to see it online?

(Heading down to the kitchen for a midnight snack has never been the same since I started watching TWD

RTE player, or if you're in the states, and have AMC, right there.Of course i'm fairly certain that one could use various other sites, but naming those on boards will get you in trouble..

Great trailer! Can't wait for October 14th! I loved S2 but in saying that, I wouldn't be unhappy with less 'talky' episodes

it premieres October the 14th in the US but what about over here? remember last year they told us it would premiere on the 16th of october but we had to wait till the following friday to watch it.

not sure when FX are showing it, but you can bet your arse that they'll have it on the air 6 months before RTE does. Could be the thursday or friday after it airs in the US.

BTW: anyone know how scheduling works, as in: a tv station buys a programme but does not show it 'til say, months later.
Is there a 'discount' that allows them to buy it cheaper if they contractually agree not to show it for some time? (A bit legal I know but any facts/suggestions/opinions would be appreciated)

I just love The Walking Dead series, but have you noticed no one referes to the Zombies as Zombies its always the 'Walkers' I look forward to the third season, BUT Rick is a d**k and that skank of a wife of his when she came out with utter crap about 'I feel uncomfortable looting car's, its a graveyard' or words to that affect. Why did none of them including the redneck have a plan B?

yea, why did noone have a plan B or an alternate location, or a just-in-case-lets-all-meet-up-someplace.

Also, wouldnt it have been a lot better if they all just piled into 3 or 4 cars and drove off without the hollywood drive-by shootings? The Z's would have passed by, and they could have come back the next day (or day after) and pick off the stragglers.

Glad to see the back of Shane , maybe the story can move forward now that he is not on Rick's case all the time.

Was that a prison in the last shot? (I didnt read the comics)
