Having a problem here, the wifi is down in the place where I live, I can still hook up an eithernet cable from my laptop to the wall and get broadband,

Just wondering could I get wireless access for my Samsung galaxy ace phone as well by somehow accessing the internet wirelessly from my laptop to my phone,
