There's Soler who has done nothing really since 2007 in the Tour. There's Rujano and Serpa who both ride for Savio's Androni, and even with others, a lot have rode for teams that have had riders convicted of doping.

I think the original crop of Colombians from the mid 80's - Parra, Herrera, Cardenas, Beltran etc were clean and they were the ones that suffered the most with the arrival of EPO. I think those that may have stayed eventually went the way of the rest of the peleton during the 90s
