Hi!
I´m an experienced bass player looking for a band to get involved in.
I´ve been playing for 14 years ( i´m 31) in different bands with several styles. I also play some guitar and keyboards.
My influences are wide, moving from alt.rock to jazz, metal, classical, punk and blues.
I´m not looking for a particular style, but skilled musicians, or at least motivated.
Lately i´m very influenced by all the jack white´s productions ( The white stripes,Raconteurs,dead weather,...), by The Mars Volta, Grinderman and Miles Davis´Bitches brew.
If you are Dublin-based and some of this fits you, answer!!!!

Sounds interesting, very much into alternative styles in all genres. I'm a guitarist, 29, dublin west. I have a few songs written, quite unique sound but pretty accessible. Pretty flexible in styles but fairly modest in playership, very committed though. Would you be interested in a jam?

Hey there,

We are currently looking for a bass player and drummer.

Basically we're a new band trying to get it together for live performance and recording.

We have four people in the band at the moment 3 guitarists, 1 pianist and are all signers. All in our later 20's early 30's. Three guys, one girl.

We are based just outside Navan, Co. Meath. Which is 30mins from Dublin.

We have a huge area for band practice and have every piece of gear imaginable from previous bands we have been in.

My name is Ciaran and I play in an originals alternative acoustic/rock band called JUPITER FOREST and we are currently looking for a bass player.

There you will find some of our songs. The most recent recordings: World Between Us, November Sky and Flight Of The Sparrow are more what our sound is at right now but we do like to rock it up a bit as well.
We are also planning to put some synth on to one or two of our tracks.
We have loads of really good songs written and gigs planned but just need a bassist before we commit to any dates.
