GPA

Basically, I did sweet fúck all in first year. I do computing and preferred playing games than working

Basically, I got a GPA of 2.53.

Forget about my first paragraph for the time being. Is a GPA of 2.53 okay?
Also, will I pass with that as I have 1 D.
Will 3 Cs, a B and a B+ mean I pass the year?

cheers

Just a few quick questions regarding 3rd year.

A) For the project, is there a limit on how many is allowed in a group? e.g. 3 or 2?
B) Also, can we program the project in any language or does it have to be C++?
C) And finally, is it like the 2nd year project in which we get most of the paper work done by December and start programming in the 2nd semester?

Cheers man.

I had to repeat SDEV in 3rd year too . And once you fail a subject, you can only get a pass in your Degree

It's been a couple of years since I left, but when I was there, the groups for 3rd year were made up of 2 people. And the 2nd year project was similiar to the 2nd year project (i.e. a lot of paper work and investigation for the first half of the year)

A) 2 but if there's an odd numbers 3.
B) Any language you want.
C) Paper work is done in sequence with the programming in 2nd semester, there's not half as much paper work for the 3rd year project though, there's an upload of paper work every 2nd week iirc. There's a small bit of paper work in 1st semester.
