New Shop in Dublin 5-Artane Aquatics

Brand new specialist aquariam shop opened up today in Artane.

Artane Aquatics

Its in Butterly Business Park just opposite Tesco,Artane Castle.

Gavin,Simon and Sean are the 3 lads behind this new shop.

Serious fish stock of all kinds, and serious setup indeed.

I wish them the very best of luck with the new shop.

Yep,very experienced lads who know what they are doing and talking about.

They moved to Artane, which a much more central, and an easier and better location for the public to get to.

Artane is a bit of a kip. Nice to see a pet shop though.

If don't have any polite comments to add to this thread, don't.

We bought some beautifull Discuss from Artane Aquatics today.

25 euro each,got 6 of them.

Going to leave them settle in for 24 hours with the tank lights off.

Congratts to the lads on a great setup down in Artane Aquatics.

We were out chatting with Keelan and Dar in Seahorse today,we took a spin out that way and decided to pop by.We were chatting away about the custom built sumped marine tank and what we are planning to do with it and also PH/KH levels in tap water and tank water.
We were also chatting about our Discuss tank too and the Stendker Discuss that we have in it.

Now the way I see it is this....

This thread isnt about "shop bashing".

We are friends with various shops and their owners, and its not about bashing a shop on the internet for us.

We give our business and money to various shops,as all of them are good in their own ways.

Seahorse Aquariams is on the southside.

Artane Aquatics is on the Northside,it is only 1.5 miles down the road from us.It is handy for us,as it means less money spent on diesel costs and also M50 toll fees too.

We give our money and business to both shops when we are in their location/area.

Im not picking out one shop over the other or shop bashing either.

This thread wasnt started to bash one shop around.

And this thread should also not be used to start having a pop at a particular shop either.

Maybe you could try and respect these points.

Regards.
