Sure what can go wrong? Are you registered to march and all that?

Yep, it's just that we're brand new, and I'm terrified no-one will show up, and it'll just be me and one other person marching sadly along!!!!

People are usually very supportive. For the last few years Ive been marching under a banner of a very small group, as in two three or four of us showing up. But we always manage to get some people who might even just be hanging around willing to join and support us.
We probably dont realise how powerful just the having the name of a group out there in the march really is.

Ah, cool - Derry! I was wondering if there was anything on there this year. I'll head into that one hopefully.

Well the group I've set up is a social/ support group for people with intellectual disabilties who identify as LGBTQ. It's all a bit mad because lots of services aren't happy with people with ID being sexual, and as for HOMOsexual... well. That can cause a lot of consternation. We have no idea if people will be supported by their services to come. Hopefully there's some loose canon staff willing to bend the rules a bit!

I'll be at Dublin, Dundalk and Belfast.
I live near Dundalk so I can't wait for Dundalk Pride this year. The pride party looks like it's going to be amazing
