I was at some paranormal event and i predicted the death of Michael Jackson. It wasnt powers that i was using, just a calculated guess, His nose was falling off, he was an unmarried recluse with no hobbies. Insurance company's do the same thing for Life insurance.

Sure his nose had been falling off for a good while. Martin Bashir's documentary showed that Michael's hobbies included shopping for antiques, riding a motorised scooter down hotel corridors and playing video games.

If I were a betting man, I'd say that Pete Doherty and Lindsay Lohan will expire before the year is out but, again, you could have said that about both of them last year or the year before, or whatever.

I don't think i ever had a premonition.. but one day.. actually a month or so before 9/11 happened, was chattin to a mate and I haphazardly said something along the lines of.. i'm surprised nobody's hijacked a plane and slammed it into a building yet... low and behold. Coincidence, psychic premonition, or just an educated guess? Tbh i just thought it was the most logical thing someone might attempt to do.

I found some interesting stories about people's alleged premonitions of 9/11:

Quote:
... One day I was talking to her and she said that a strange thing had happened to her that morning. She had been at her desk and when she looked up, the landscape did not look right. Then she realized the trade towers weren't there anymore. Then as she just sat there, they came back; they were there again....right where they always are. She said she was sure about it. They were gone and then they came back. It quite unhinged her at the time. This was in 1999. ... She maintains that it was a clear day; they were simply gone, and then they came back. She does not know what to make of it. This did not happen in conjunction with any sense of foreboding about a future event. ... She doesn't remember that anything else changed on the horizon. "There was just open air where they should have been." She was totally stunned at the time...and then "they just came back." (12 Sep 2002)

On the morning of September 11, 2001, Eamon, my 46-year-old husband, had a sudden attack of vertigo as he prepared to go to work. Such attacks weren't unprecedented, but Eamon hadn't had one for more than a year.

I wanted him to stay home, but characteristically he wouldn't. A determined and dutiful man, he pressed on, pausing only to say 'see you later' before heading out to begin the two-hour dawn commute he so hated from our home in Connecticut to downtown New York.

Eamon worked for Cantor Fitzgerald, the financial services conglomerate, on Floor 105 of the North Tower of the World Trade Centre. Neither I nor our four adored and adoring children would ever see him again.

BTW, I say "alleged premonitions" because it's very easy for people to report them after the event has happened.

Still, I think you can spot the few, more genuine accounts amongst all the stories.

I know this is probably so wrong of me now, but I actually can't stand that show Family Guy (not too sure why) and, when I read your post, I instantly thought, "Pity he missed the flight. Damn."

But it seems hangovers save lives!

I was playing Command & Conquer for the first time a while back and there's a mission in it where you have to guard the WTC from enemy attack. If you fail, they get destroyed.
